The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has issued a Joint Decree (SKB – Surat Keputusan Bersama) regarding the Indonesian national holidays 2017. The 2017 national holiday was actually signed on April 14 2016. However, with Presidential Decree Number 24 of 2016 which designated June 1 as the birthday of Pancasila and a national holiday, the letter was revised.
Minister of Religion Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, Minister of Manpower Hanif Dhakiri, and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Asman Abnur have signed the revised SKB.
