Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Petronas Towers or also known as the Petronas Twin Towers were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world until now.

The highlight of the trip to Kuala Lumpur is the view from the skybridge at Petronas Twin Towers. But the view from the ground is just as amazing as you see 88 sparkling towers that reach 1,483 feet (452m) into the air. The floor plan is based on the eight-pointed star of Islam and the five sections of the skyscraper reflect the five pillars of Islam.

Under the Petronas Tower is KLCC Park, a large urban park with jogging tracks, a playground and a wading pool. There is also a large Suria KLCC shopping center that has a number of nice restaurants.
